GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We only work according to the latest version of the German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp). Note: The ADSp deviate from the law in clause 23 with regard to the maximum liability amount for damage to goods (§ 431 HGB) by limiting the liability in the case of multimodal transports including sea transport and in the case of unknown place of damage to 2 SDR/kg and otherwise the standard liability of 8.33 SDR/kg additionally to EUR 1.25 million per damage event and EUR 2.5 million per damage event, but at least to 2 SDR/kg. Individual cases which are not regulated in the ADSp, in particular in the case of heavy or large volume transports, shall automatically be subject to the latest version of the General Terms and Conditions of BSK-Kran+Transport (BUNDESFACHGRUPPE SCHWERTRANSPORTE UND KRANARBEITEN). The place of jurisdiction shall be Gelsenkirchen.
